- 1. Design & Branding

3. Printing & Embroidery- Screen Printing: Ideal for bold, repetitive designs (e.g., team stripes or large logos).
- Sublimation Printing: For full-color, gradient, or intricate patterns (dye permeates fabric for fade resistance).
- Embroidery: Raised logos or text for a premium finish (common on scarf ends or edges).
- Heat Transfer: Detailed crests or sponsor decals applied with heat presses.
4. Cutting & Panel Preparation- Fabric Cutting:
- Automated laser/rotary cutters slice fabric into standard scarf dimensions (e.g., 60″x10″).
- Edges are prepped for hemming (raw edges for merrow stitching or fringe).
- Panel Alignment: Ensure patterns/prints align symmetrically across the scarf length.
5. Hemming & Finishing- Merrow Stitch: Overlock stitching along edges to prevent fraying (common for polyester scarves).
- Fringe/Tassels: Add hand-knotted or machine-sewn fringe to ends (optional).
- Washing & Softening: Garment washing removes residues and enhances fabric feel.
6. Quality Control- Color Accuracy: Verify against Pantone references under standardized lighting.
- Durability Checks: Test seams, prints, and fabric for wear resistance.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure non-toxic dyes and flame-retardant materials (if required).
7. Packaging & Branding- Folding & Tagging: Scarves are folded, tagged with care instructions, and labeled with team branding.
